Remember, you can ALWAYS do better. That’s the point of better; somewhere, someone, something else than what is already present. It can be a tool to keep your attention on what you need to be currently doing to get there and it can be a stick with which you beat yourself and others with.

Accept the stick. It hard to delineate when you are on track and when you are TRYING to get on track, initially. There is a difference: one feels pleasant and the other feels unpleasant. If you want to get on with it, then when you feel unpleasant put down the stick.

Putting down the stick may require many things. If massage therapy is a way that works well for you, please feel free to give me a call; I am an expert on the removal of past self-beatings. 🙂 Whatever you need, though, I can’t say enough for going and doing it!

Even the most awakened, achieved, enlightened, superior and otherwise well-mastered in life have to do laundry, eat food, deal with other people and take the trash out. We are all the manufacturer’s and janitors of our lives.
